I have more than 20 years working on big and multinational companies, emphasizing information security, network administration, team coordination, project management, support administration and delivery, quality of services and creation and review of security policies and risk analysis.

I’m an ITIL certified and also certified in many other areas of information systems management and security. Also, I’m an instructor and consultant for firewall technologies based on Checkpoint and FreeBSD, security policies and management and network design.

I have experience in managing Incident Response Teams, which involves research, support, risk analysis, service delivery and services’ smooth return. I designed the team structure, to ensure Service level Agreement. I am also competent for prospecting and selecting technological solutions.

I have large experience with support and network team, coordinating activities, projects, introducing attendance methodologies (calls, inventory, knowledge base, bulletins, FAQ, licenses control, procedures, always looking for a satisfied client/user, delivering high quality service).

I’ve studied Physics and I’m a Mensa member since 2000.

Shortlisted as IT Professional of the Year 2008 by Computing Awards.
